- School or studio name
- Email address
- Approximate number of active students (optional)
We do not collect payment card information or financial account details through this website.
3. Analytics & Advertising Cookies
We use the following tools to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our advertising:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded via Google Tag Manager, collects aggregated usage data such as pages visited, time on site, device type, and general location (city/country level). See the Google Privacy Policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

- Prepare the savings estimate you requested and follow up with you about it
- Communicate with you about HotGlue studio management software
- Help you evaluate and, if you choose, set up HotGlue for your school
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing lists without your explicit consent.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. It is shared only in these limited circumstances:
- Software and payment partners: If you choose to move forward with HotGlue, we share the details necessary to set up your account with HotGlue and its payment processing partner. This sharing is solely to serve your request.
- CRM: Form submissions are stored in HubSpot CRM so we can track and respond to your inquiry. HubSpot processes this data solely on our behalf.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or a valid legal process, we may disclose information as necessary.
6. Data Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us at dennis@hotglueforstudios.com.
7. Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
